Where to look first when a tooth gets hurt or something urgent happens.
What would you like to learn?
Sheets you can print at home and put where they are needed – by the sink, on the fridge, or in a bag for the next appointment. Each sheet is drafted here, reviewed by a pediatric dentist, and then added to this page as a download.
The sheets listed below are planned, not finished. Anything that carries health guidance is reviewed by a pediatric dentist before a file goes up here, so this page currently shows what is coming rather than offering downloads. Each card links to the guide the sheet will be based on, which you can read in the meantime.
The sheets fall into three groups. All of them are one page, in plain language, and designed to be readable in black and white.
Sheets for the things that happen at home every day, such as a brushing chart to hang by the sink.
Sheets for before and after a visit, including questions you may want to bring with you.
Short reference cards to keep somewhere easy to find, with space to write in your own details.
Six sheets are planned to start with. Each card says what the sheet will contain and links to the guide behind it, so you can read the full page while you wait for the file.
A weekly chart with a box to tick morning and night, sized to hang by the sink.
A picture sheet showing the steps in order, for families who are just starting out.
A one-page list to keep on the fridge, drawn from the Healthy snacks guide.
What to bring and what to expect, laid out as a checklist for the day of the appointment.
A page of questions with room to write the answers down during the appointment.
A small card with space to write your dental office name, phone number and hours, ready to keep somewhere easy to find.
A printed sheet works best when everyone in the house knows what it is for. A few ideas:
Cozy likes a chart with a spot for stickers. Leaving a little blank space at the bottom gives your child somewhere to add their own.
No. Everything on this page will be free to download and print, and no account or sign-up is needed.
The sheets are still being written. Anything that gives health guidance is reviewed by a pediatric dentist before it is published, so files are added one at a time as they clear review.
Yes – print as many copies as you need at home. Wider use, such as a classroom or a waiting room, is something the site owner will set out in terms once the first file is published.
Yes. The six listed above are the starting set, and more will be added as the guides behind them are finished.
